In-Person & Virtual Visits
Since the Covid 19 pandemic, we have been doing a combination of in-person and virtual visits. Please call the office to book either type of appointment. Our office staff will screen your problem to determine what type of appointment is suitable for your particular concern. Virtual visits can be either phone appointments or video visits.
If you are coming to the office in person we ask that you complete the Covid screening questionnaire prior to your visit. It will be sent to you with your appointment reminder email.
Please also take the time to register for our Health Myself Portal.
Health Myself Portal is a secure patient portal that will allow us to communicate securely with you. This can include sending and receiving forms such as lab and imaging requisitions, as well as sending and receiving health questionnaires that help us prepare for your visit. You can view your upcoming appointments in the portal as well.
